We had a wonderful stay at a large property with modern rooms and excellent facilities. The pool looked amazing, even though we couldn't enjoy it due to the cold weather. There were plenty of choices for dining and the Moroccan dishes at the Orangerie were a delightful experience. The location of the hotel made it convenient for getting around, as all the taxis and carriage drivers knew exactly where it was. If we return to Marrakech, we would definitely consider staying here again. I would highly recommend this hotel.

toilet crooked and toilet hand shower leaking Cappuccino never twice the same and too much unwanted chocolate powder watered down orange juice somewhere above my room very noisy late night guests (sounded like children playing hop-scotch)

Wonderful and fabulous accommodation with amazingly nice staff at the reception desk worst welcome in Morocco. Extensive and marvellous breakfast, modern junior suite. Plenty of nice food for meals.

The value for money at the hotel was great, with comfortable beds and clean, functional rooms. The location was perfect, set in a beautiful and elegant area with a stunning view of the Atlas Mountains. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, especially Imane at the reception and Aicha at the spa. The pool area and spa were lovely, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I also enjoyed the surprisingly good drinks at the SO Lounge.

Reception and pool are just a dream!
The rooms are shabby and the staff in the restaurant are very rude, forgetful and inattentive! There was a lot of garbage around, but they didn’t care !

Walking distance from all the attractive areas in Marrakech
The air conditioner was not working properly in the room , I complained but nothing has been done, it was hot and i couldn't sleep easily on my 3 days stay there.
